Remembering this piece of advice was the turning point that inspired me to revamp our Reactivation program!
Then Reactivation began to work like a charm. Many of our “Mary’s” were happy to hear from us, realizing they would be welcomed back warmly. Sometimes they even made an appointment right then and there on the call. Bingo!
